The woman looked amused, which he would take as a win considering how carefully she seemed to school her features otherwise. He wondered if alcohol would loosen her up a bit or if she always retained complete control. She teased him that it had been a good assumption and he hummed thoughtfully. She definitely hadn't said she had to guess specific things, so he couldn't fault her for that.
After his own guess she looked amused again and took a drink. She actually looked like she was trying not to smile, pursing her lips together. He wondered what her story was. Maybe he would find out tonight, during this game or later, what had happened to her today. It was surely an interesting story. She joked that she thought they weren't stating the obvious and he shrugged casually, leaning back a bit on the barstool and testing out the way it made his head feel. Like the ocean, he determined, but not as much as he would like it too. That was ok though because they had a lot more game to play, and he had a lot more to drink.
Solana turned to lean casually, sensually against the bar and looked over at him appraisingly while she determined her next guess. He met her gaze and crossed a leg over the other, resting his ankle on his knee and tapping his fingers on the other knee while he waited. Eventually she guessed and he was surprised but barked a laugh, having to steady himself on the stool as he did so. He tsked a few times and shook his head though. "Your drink," he replied. "I'm hung up on someone, not saving myself for him," he added jokingly.
He probably slept with someone more recently now that he had met Endless. It was an effective way to get him off his mind, at least for the night. "You... were married once, but aren't anymore."
